In case there is problem in connection to server or a case of server breakdown, in-process transactions will not be affected because a backup server will take over the job of server. Data will then be consolidated to the server once the hardware problem has been addressed.

Kitchen Printers can be set to print items in default language, chef preferred language or any two languages to kitchen. This feature is very useful to make sure kitchen operators prepare and serve the correct items.

Ordering is made easier for customer using dual display monitor. User keys in customer order, while the customer is able to directly view his/her order on the other monitor facing to his/her side. This feature enables customer to visualize his/her order and makes sure that user keys in the correct items.

Payment system in DreamPOS makes it flexible for customer to settle bill with more than one payment mode, such as combining Cash and Credit Card, or combine Voucher, Cash and Debit Card, etc.

In the case of customer decides to separate bill, based on what each one of them ordered or divide bill equally, DreamPOS is capable to do it. The generated bills are then paid individually with any mode of payment preferred by each customer.
[b]Simple Inventory[/b]
User is able to directly monitor availability of items on menu. System displays quantity available for each item and automatically deducts the quantity when an order of an item has been made. Warning will be given when user tries to order out-of-stock items or when quantity ordered is more than quantity available.
This simple feature enables is very important for a quick and efficient ordering system.

Variety of discounts in F&B business is an endless story. Every business has its own way of applying discounts, and this can be overwhelmed. DreamPOS has anticipated the complexity of this important part of the business. Discounts can be managed according to the need of each business: to be applied on order or on payment, need or no need authorization to apply, or whether the discount depends on membership, payment mode or sales type.

Applying charge to a bill is as important as applying discount to it. Charge can be either automatically or manually charged; can be applied to specific item or to a total bill; also can be applied only to a specific sales type, for example: delivery charge is applied only on delivery order, credit card charge is applied only when customer makes payment using credit card and when the total bill is less than a certain amount.
