[b]Backup Server System[/b] This is a complete solution to ensure continuity of operational transactions. 
In case there is problem in connection to server or a case of server breakdown, in-process transactions will not be affected because a backup server will take over the job of server.
 Data will then be consolidated to the server once the hardware problem has been addressed. [b]Multi-Lingual Display[/b] Interface is designed to accommodate different languages. Every user can choose their own preferred language to be displayed on their screens. [b]Dual-Lingual Kitchen Print-out and Payment Receipt[/b] Kitchen Printers can be set to print items in default language, chef preferred language or any two languages to kitchen. This feature is very useful to make sure kitchen operators prepare and serve the correct items. [b]Dual-Display Monitor[/b] Ordering is made easier for customer using dual display monitor. User keys in customer order, while the customer is able to directly view his/her order on the other monitor facing to his/her side. This feature enables customer to visualize his/her order and makes sure that user keys in the correct items. [b]Multi Payment[/b] Payment system in DreamPOS makes it flexible for customer to settle bill with more than one payment mode, such as combining Cash and Credit Card, or combine Voucher, Cash and Debit Card, etc. [b]Security[/b] Each user owns security password and is given right access individually to the system, for security purposes. Some sensitive features are protected, where unauthorized users have to ask for authorization to proceed. This is a way to minimize mistakes and cheating. [b]Business Date[/b] This feature is very important for business with specific business time which is different from daily time setting, such as café or bar which opens 24 hours or closes past midnight. For such businesses, this setting is very important to be able to generate reports according to relevant time cut-off. [b]Price Management[/b] A capability to differentiate prices for one item depending on the type of sales (dine-in, take away delivery or advance order), the time the order placed, or whether there is promotion going on. With this feature, management is able to plan ahead regarding promotional items on special occasions to support marketing strategy. [b]Table Management[/b] DreamPOS supports table layout which can be designed to follow the physical table setup in the premises. For premises with more than one room, the tables can be grouped into rooms. This feature also provides other functionalities, such as moving table and joining tables.

• Move Table, enables system to change table on a specific order when customer decides to move to any available table, withoutthe hassle to void the order and create a new one.
• Join Table, provides capability to join two tables and generate one bill.

[b]Transfer Items[/b] This feature provides flexibility to transfer items from one table to another, in the case of wrong order, by authorization. [b]Split Bill[/b] In the case of customer decides to separate bill, based on what each one of them ordered or divide bill equally, DreamPOS is capable to do it. The generated bills are then paid individually with any mode of payment preferred by each customer. [b]Simple Inventory[/b] User is able to directly monitor availability of items on menu. System displays quantity available for each item and automatically deducts the quantity when an order of an item has been made. Warning will be given when user tries to order out-of-stock items or when quantity ordered is more than quantity available. This simple feature enables is very important for a quick and efficient ordering system. [b]Discount Management[/b] Variety of discounts in F&B business is an endless story. Every business has its own way of applying discounts, and this can be overwhelmed. DreamPOS has anticipated the complexity of this important part of the business. Discounts can be managed according to the need of each business: to be applied on order or on payment, need or no need authorization to apply, or whether the discount depends on membership, payment mode or sales type. Discount can also be applied only for a period set by management, which also means that management is able to plan ahead according to marketing strategy of company. [b]Charge Management[/b] Applying charge to a bill is as important as applying discount to it. Charge can be either automatically or manually charged; can be applied to specific item or to a total bill; also can be applied only to a specific sales type, for example: delivery charge is applied only on delivery order, credit card charge is applied only when customer makes payment using credit card and when the total bill is less than a certain amount. [b]Cash Blind Balancing[/b] Avoid cash fraudulent; cashier will have to do cash counting before system creates cashier report. [b]Basic Membership[/b] Provides an effective tracking of member’s spending, arrange all members data which can be used as marketing tools for execution of appropriate marketing strategies.
